Ashvegas: Ready to unveil renovations

Posting has been light here at Ashvegas in recent weeks. For that, I apologize. I want everyone to know that I haven’t forgotten you.

These past few months have challenged me, in both my work life and personal life. But I’m forging ahead. Much of the renovation I’ve been doing has been internal, behind the scenes, out of public view. That’s a good thing.

But soon you’ll be seeing the results of some of that re-construction. Namely – a long-needed redesign of the this website. It’s just days away (fingers crossed). You may also notice an evolution of the content. My goal is to remain a place for all to come and discover Asheville in a way not easily visible anywhere else.

I get so much positive feedback from you all. It touches my heart, and it often fuels my drive to keep going. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m going to work hard not to let you down.

So, much more on all this very soon. Hang with me, and let’s keep going on this wild ride.

Good news Jason….BUT…..It's very, very frustrating to check in here an see that there have been no posts for days, even a week or more. If you are going on haitus, please state that. Some of us go here first for news, and when there is nothing new, it's a real bummer.

Good news. A refresh of this site would be welcome. Please try and get a better masthead design., that one is getting stale.

Wish you would be correctly named "AshEvegas", so that the blog's name is in sync with the correct spelling of Asheville. The spelling thing drives us crazy!

Most of all, I really wish you would please publish news items regularly. It is so frustrating to check this blog day after day, and see that nothing new has been posted!

This is a nice little blog for our little city. Thanks.
