From an anonymous commenter, regarding the upcoming filming of The Hunger Games around Asheville:

We were riding in Dupont this past week and came across two film crews setting up a stage and props in two different areas of the park. They were also chopping down a number of trees and clearing brush, interesting, eh?

My daughter is an extra on the set near Shelby. Yesterday she had to stand in a room behind the main characters and "just look really sad."

Ash if you search for "Shelby" on Twitter, several people have been posting pictures from the movie set down there. Stumbled across it looking for something else today.
