Here’s an absolutely beautiful song by an Asheville singer/songwriter I’ve long admired, Jane Kramer. Please give it a listen. The lyrics touch me deeply, especially considering some recent events in my life.

Now Jane is planning to leave Asheville. Please give her your love and support. She’s a lovely talent.

Hey Jason,

As always, I want to sing your praises about your indeed “sweet” Ashvegas. It is a daily staple in my life and a true gem of information and interest for an Asheville dweller. I’m so glad you do what you do. Your dog is ridiculously cute as well. Never too many adorable dog pictures!

Since you have always been very kind about supporting the musical projects I’ve been a part of, I wanted to send this little video your way, as I plan to leave Asheville at the end of the month and try to do a little more in the solo musical realm. … I love your blog and respect your work, I thought I’d send this your way, even if it’s just for your personal viewing. The video was shot by a local film maker friend, Pete Lutz of Golden Manatee productions, with simple audio by Adam Johnson. It’s a new tune. I’m also sending a video I made with the Firefly Revival shot by the same guy– another tune I wrote.
