Here’s a report for January real estate sales by Jim Cottam of Keller-Williams. Lots of stats to digest here. Bottom line looks like the real estate market in our area is still tough:

    I would like to see the sames statistics compared to the housing market from 2004 compared to 2009. While we are all moaning about the decrease in home values, is it a true decrease or have prices come back down to "real" market value?
