Asheville Outdoor Center to host second Hotter Than Haiti 10k

Great race! Here’s the info from hotterthanhaiti10k.com:

The second annual Hotter Than Haiti 10K will be hosted by the Asheville Outdoor Center in West Asheville.  Run along the beautiful French Broad Greenway and Hominy Creek.  View the race route.   After the race, the whole family can have fun at the Asheville Outdoor Center.  There will be music and fun along the river!

This event supports Consider Haiti, a non-profit organization based in Asheville.  For more than 10 years Consider Haiti has promoted the health and welfare of children in and around Montrouis, Haiti, by providing medical care, sustainable nutrition programs, community based health programs and clean water.

Race Proceeds: All proceeds from The Hotter than Haiti 10K will benefit Consider Haiti.

Registration Information

Registration is $25 ($30 after August 2)  at ImAthlete or Race Day Registration starting at 7:00 AM August 10th at the Asheville Outdoor Center. Register by July 31st to guarantee a T-shirt.
