Gas prices in Asheville are finally dropping. Gas was $3.19 on my street today, after being in the $3.60 range at the start of the week. What are you seeing?

Ingles in Weaverville was $3.599 yesterday morning, down to $3.199 by 5:30pm. This morning the Shell in the Rose’s shopping center was still $3.60-something.

Ingles at Mills Gap was 3.38 last night, Enmark on Merrimon was also 3.38, but they, as was the case last night, are often out of gas. That is the lowest I’ve seen, but I consider that pretty good considering what we’ve been seeing.

Where the heck are you? Yesterday I found 3.79 by the airport. Today 3.99 in Mars Hill.
