The founders of popular Asheville food brands Roots Hummus, Munki Foods, Looking Glass Creamery, Firewalker Hot Sauce and Postre Caramels will be featured guests at the Nov. 7  taste and talk series known as FED Talks.

The event, co-hosted by Rhubarb restaurant and Edible Asheville magazine, starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Rhubarb restaurant’s event space in downtown Asheville. The goal of the series is to connect Western North Carolina residents with their favorite chefs, farmers, brewers and other makers.

A tasting of the featured products is included in the $15 ticket price. Attendees can buy beer, wine, and cocktails on site. Go here for FED Talk tickets.
