Asheville ABC Board to open new liquor store on Sweeten Creek Road; pops up billboards as part of underage boozing prevention push

The Asheville ABC Board is pleased to announce it will open its newest location Nov. 15 at 3933 Sweeten Creek Road in South Asheville. The Sweeten Creek Road location will host a ribbon cutting grand opening ceremony in mid-December. The Asheville ABC Board currently has stores in nine additional locations across Asheville.

Additionally, several billboards have been popping up across Asheville for the latest phase of the Asheville ABC Boards’ underage drinking prevention campaign. Current billboards can be seen on Sweeten Creek Road, Tunnel Road, Riverside Drive and Southside Avenue, with additional billboards scheduled to go up within the next few months. Fairway Outdoor Advertising donated the space for this important cause.
