Here’s the note from loyal reader Tracey:
Another great, local, family-owned restaurant connected to Isaac Dickson Elementary steps up to help the school in “Dine Out for Dickson”. Artisan Catering & Deli is spreading the love by donating 20% of their sales for Thursday, November 18 to Isaac Dickson Experiential School!
This is great way to support local owners and Dickson family, the Villas, while they support their son’s school. Make your dollar count by eating at Artisan Catering & Deli on November 18th, when 20% of the proceeds from your breakfast, lunch, or dinner will go directly to Isaac Dickson and its valuable experiential programs!
Artisan Deli has a great menu and lots of space at the new location. It has been a staple in Asheville’s catering and deli industry since 2005 when owner and executive chef Mauricio Villa began the restaurant. Artisan is now at The Shoppes at Beaver Lake, close to the North Asheville Library. It is the only upscale delicatessen in the Merrimon area to serve breakfast and offer a deli menu from 11am through dinner hours.
In addition to their wonderful salads, sandwiches and soups, and breakfast menu; they also offer delicious take out family-style casseroles and Boar’s Head meats and cheeses by the pound. All sales on the 18th include 20% going to Dickson’s Experiential Programs!
Artisan is open Monday 8am to 5pm, and Tuesday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
Phone: (828) 225-2777, The Shoppes at Beaver Lake, 1020 Merrimon Avenue, Suite 106, Asheville, NC 28804.
Mela donated $900 to Isaac Dickson last month when they hosted a Dine for Dickson day.
