Press release here:

Asheville, NC – The Mountain Sports Festival and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy present “Celebrating the A.T. in 10 Voices” on April 14, at 7 pm, at Jack of the Wood in Asheville.  The event will include a panel of ten “through hikers” documenting their journey on the Appalachian Trail with stories and pictures.  The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions and vote on their favorite story, with a prize pack awarded to the winner.
The night will also include games, door prizes, and an opportunity to gather information on the upcoming Mountain Sports Festival, to be held May 29-31, and to learn about the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, a volunteer based organization dedicated to the preservation and management of natural, scenic, historic, and historic resources encompassing the Appalachian Trail.
Join the festivities, which are open to anyone who loves the outdoors and participating in the abundant activities provided by our natural resources.
