Another big-shot wedding at Biltmore: Stowe and Silver

The NYT says the wedding is today:

Dr. Maya Kathryn Stowe and Daniel Stern Silver are to be married Sunday evening at Deerpark Restaurant on the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, N.C. Rabbi Darah R. Lerner is to officiate.

Dr. Stowe, 31, is keeping her name. She received a medical degree last week from Columbia, and next month she is to begin a residency in psychiatry at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She graduated magna cum laude from Brown.

She is the daughter of Jill W. Stowe and George W. Stowe III of Asheville. Her father is an architect there.

Mr. Silver, 30, is an assistant United States attorney for the Eastern District of New York. He graduated from Brown and received a law degree magna cum laude from New York University.

He is a son of Evelyn Silver and Justice Warren M. Silver of Bangor, Me. His mother is the senior adviser to the president of the University of Maine. His father is a justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
