   Everybody else in this town has their house on the market. I guess people figure if they get a hit, it's a good time to downsize and save some scrilla.

   She desperately needs money. That is the reason for the listing. Her career seems to have stalled and she way overspent in the past. She will NEVER get anything even close to the asking price in this market.
