From Moogfest organizers on Facebook:

Sadly, a portion of our art installation – including two of the “Freddies” the self-illuminating humanoids – were stolen last night from the Moogaplex. We do have the culprits on video and are working to identify them. In the meantime, if you see any strange creatures around in possibly the wrong places, please give us a heads up!

Saw a strange figure on the North side of the Civic Center on Wednesday afternoon. Is that the Moogaplex? Don't even know what that means.
