There is a new after-hours dining option in north Asheville. The Rise ‘n Shine Cafe is now serving healthy homestyle breakfast and lunch, Thursday through Saturday from 10:00pm until 3:00am. These new late night hours are in addition to their regular hours of operation, Monday to Saturday, 7:30am – 2:00pm, and Sunday, 9am to 2pm.  

The Rise ‘n Shine is a locally owned and operated small business who use local and organic products to make a wide selection of breakfast dishes, sandwiches, fresh juices, and smoothies. Free range eggs and chicken, organic carrots, organic greens, organic milk and organic yogurt are all featured on the menu. Asheville Coffee Roasters supply a shade-raised and fair-trade pure bean organic Nicaraguan coffee.  Humanely harvested meats and eggs are delivered by Far Side Farms, and local honey is provided by Haw Creek Honey.
