Here’s the nice note from loyal reader Evan:

Hey Jason,

I’m a “loyal reader” as you say. Here’s a video filmed this morning of a R. O. Franks Aviation Company hot air balloon landing in the Beverly Hills neighborhood in east Asheville. That balloon is becoming a regular sight over Asheville this Spring in the early mornings. 

Full discloser: the pilot is a good friend of mine.

    I always look for R.O. Franks’ balloons when I am up early for work. Like looking for a gem in the morning sky.
