With tickets for Brewgrass 2010 set to go on sale in a a few short weeks, there’s an indication that the date for the big annual event may change. The date for Brewgrass, to be held at MLK Park in downtown Asheville, is set for Sept. 18.

But here’s the note from the Brewgrass Twitter feed:

Conflict with GABF may cause a schedule change. Will check with brewers and keep everyone updated.#avlbeer

GABF is the Great American Beer Festival, which will be held Sept. 16-18 in Denver, Colo. I’m guessing the GABF is a little bigger deal than Brewgrass, which sells right at about 3,000 tickets.

We’ll keep our eyes on this as it develops. Tickets for Brewgrass go on sale the first Saturday in May, which is May 1.
