Action Fest looking for sponsors, will have ‘Texas Walker Ranger’ cast on hand

Action Fest, the new film festival at Carolina Cinemas devoted to action films, is shaping up nicely. Here’s the latest news, from loyal reader Lauri:

The festival is coming together with some major celebrities signing up.  I can’t wait to get the thumbs up so I can tell everyone.  We do have the cast of Walker Texas Ranger coming. We will also have the Rocketman with his jet pack and many more surprises.

I am also attaching our sponsorship deck if you know anyone that may be interested.  I am also looking for vendors ($250) and a few more volunteers. 

We are running a contest right now on twitter.  @actionfest is asking everyone to submit their favorite Chuck Norris quote.  The winner gets a free badge and the quote will be on the T-shirts. 

Thank you so much for helping spread the word. This is a great opportunity for Asheville and will be spotlighted in the national media.
