Press release here:

This year marks the 3rd Annual March of the Leprechauns, St. Patrick’s Day Celebration for downtown Hendersonville. This year’s events will focus on the traditions of Ireland and St. Patrick’s Day.  We have a line-up of local Irish music and dance performers, local beer from Appalachian Craft Brewery, a pub crawl and a “Pot of Gold” scavenger hunt. The event has moved to 5th Ave, between Main Street and Church Street this year.

The event will be tented this year. There will be large tents for both the stage and beer stand.

The celebration will be held on March 13th starting at 10am on Saturday morning on Main Street when the March of the Leprechauns will occur. Everyone is invited, any age, to dress-up like a leprechaun and step into our parade. There is a costume contest afterwards as well. Attendees are also encouraged to bring chairs and/or blankets for the parade and for inside of the performance tents.
