Great parkour, work on your flow though, plan your root in advance(ie. before you video)
solid job though
A Parkour group is now meeting at the downtown Asheville Gymnastics facility on 50 Coxe Avenue a couple of evenings a week. Parkour is practiced on walls and equipment in the gymnastics facility, but the group also free-runs outside the building. See http://www.ashevilleparkour.com for more info.
I'm interesting in finding out who, in the Asheville, NC/surrounding area is involved in Parkour. I'm interested in learning more and doing it.
Please email me.
Thanks!
robert
Love it. Also called Free Running. It’s big in Europe. William Gibson wrote a novel in which several of the charactes are free runners.
hardcore parkour!
(really??? nothing must be happening)
You’re welcome.
