Press release here:

The Decemberists make a stop in Asheville touring by their most ambitious record, The Hazards of Love. The Decemberists¹ fifth LP tackles one of songwriter Colin Meloy’s most grandiose ideas ever: an honest-to-God rock opera. The indie-folk rockers bring the love to the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium on Friday, Sept. 25 along with folk-flavored act Laura Veirs & the Hall of Flames.

Rolling Stone’s Best New American Band of 1990, The Black Crowes bring their bluesy jam to Asheville¹s Thomas Wolfe Auditorium Friday, Oct. 2. The Black Crowes have sold in excess of 20 million albums and will be touring behind their eighth studio effort, Before the Frost, along with opening act, roots rockers Truth & Salvage Co (the former Asheville band known as Scrappy Hamilton).

Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Famer Bonnie Raitt will finally make her way to the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in Asheville, NC Tuesday, Oct 13, after having to cancel her March 17 date due to a dire family health emergency. Don’t miss your chance to catch this nine-time Grammy award-winning legend as she performs the hits that made her famous along with openers the Randall Bramblett Band.

Sound Tribe Sector 9 (STS9) is known for their unique genre-blending sound, weaving electronic, funk, jazz, psychedelia and hip-hop together to form what they call “post-rock dance music.” STS9 will bring their innovative sound to the Thomas Wolfe Auditorium on Thursday, Oct. 29 and is sure to expand people¹s horizons as they continue to defy sonic boundaries along with opening act Maserati.
