This is the old Hayes & Hopson Building, which sits adjacent to Pack Square Park. Owner Stewart Coleman is turning the building into a restaurant/bar he’s calling Pack’s Tavern. It’s an incredible space, and construction appears to be moving quickly.

You can see a similar photo I took about a week ago here. They’ve really opened this place up. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
