It might be too late, but it was suggested I forward information about our upcoming event. Here’s the scoop:

On Saturday, March 14th, from 1-3 pm, Lark Labs is hosting a Plush Social with John Murphy, author of Stupid Sock Creatures, at Lark Books, 67 Broadway.

* Learn how to sew a one-sock monster. (BYO sock! A loved one with a long-lost mate will work.)
* Watch John race the clock to make a creature from scratch in 20 minutes.
* Bring in the creatures you’ve made for a special Show ‘N Tell.
* Meet John and his cast of creatures!
* Book signing and Q&A to follow the demos.

I’ve also attached the poster which is all over town, in addition to an early sock creature of John’s, and a picture of John sewing.
