Ask, I don’t know what the requirements are to be a minority contractor – I’m guessing the owner has to be a female or racial minority.

What are the requirements to be a minority contractor? I think most of them are in this economy today, lol. AMC used to be all steel, but hold a GC license and have decided to go after the bids on many projects which is fine. I know plenty of big commercial contractors, and they say the jobs where they used to be bidding against 2 – 4 others, are now bidding against 30 other companies and it is the luck of the draw if any. Everyone is squeezing and squirming.
