Versant has been in the news lately. It’s a high-end development in Woodfin that’s now in bankruptcy, a story I broke here back in December. The Citizen-Times followed up this week with more details.

    thanks for the video – I thinks this had been planned for a very exclusive gated community – are they the ones that were trying to get all the water from Woodfin? Anyway – just hope the buyers – and there will be buyers will have a different philosophy.
