Press release here. This sounds like a ton of fun:

NOC’s Popular Fall Road Ride Set for October 25th

BRYSON CITY, N.C.  – Nantahala Outdoor Center’s (NOC) Tour de Nantahala, a fully supported road ride coinciding with western North Carolina’s brightest fall color will take place Saturday, October 25. The Tour de Nantahala offers riders three different rides through the Nantahala National Forest: the 45-mile Robbinsville Loop, the 65-mile Wayah Loop, or the challenging 106-mile Nantahala Nightmare. All rides will depart from NOC’s Nantahala River campus, will be supported by Subaru SAG Wagons and will feature feed zones operated by volunteers from the Franklin, Graham and Swain Chambers of Commerce.

Riders will be treated to a post-ride meal at River’s End Restaurant, NOC’s famous restaurant alongside the Nantahala River, which will also open early so riders can fuel-up before the event. Similarly, NOC’s Outfitter’s Store will offer extended hours for last minute gear, and NOC lodging will be open for the entire event weekend.

Riders can register for the Tour de Nantahala at Active.com or by downloading the registration form from noc.com. Riders registering on or before October 15 receive a free event T-shirt. Pre-registration ends October 23; riders registering after the 23rd will have an additional $10 fee added to the $40 entry fee.

For more information about the Tour de Nantahala, contact NOC’s Bike Shop at 800.232.7238 x 158 or go to noc.com.
