Can you say Vagrants Trying To Keep Warm three times fast?

Vagrants and panhandlers took over the city on Saturday. Never seen anything like it. It actually is worse then San Francisco, CA. That is the last time I bring my child to play at Pritchard Park to dig in the sand box. You would not believe the treasures he found. They included: dirty needles, knife, razor blades, and what appears to be poop.
