I just found a calendar note in a 1980 calendar I still have…"9PM Thunder Road", the date is March the 11th on a Tuesday. I believe this is the night I went to see the movie at Mars Hill College. Unfortunately, there is no other information about where it was actually playing, etc.
I wish I was there to catch this one too.
