Fresh off the Hooligans’ post about candidate Carl Mumpower’s Catholic church out in Madison County, loyal reader Cliff sends this. Mumpower, as you know, is our e-mail loving Ashvegas City Council member running for congress against U.S. Rep. Heath Shuler.

Ash, Saw ole carl today up in marshal at a turkey shoot. I guess he was trying to smooze the madison folks for his upcoming campaign, I wonder if he even knew he was at a democratic function? Oh and who shows up without a shotgun to a shooting event? Ole Carl looked real outta place pulling up there in his lexus surrounded by jacked up 4×4’s! At least he hit the target.
