Folks, say hello to Tricia Helfer, aka the Cylon known as “Six” on Battlestar Galactica. This comes courtesy of Playboy, which features Helfer on the cover of the February edition.

Helfer’s spread comes just in time for the return of BSG. Yes, folks, Battlestar returns tonight and we can’t wait! We last left the crew at a crucial cliff-hanger moment – the Galactica crew in a stand-off with the Cylons – and we want to know what happens next.

Over the past several weeks, there’s been lots of speculation about the future of the show. Some are saying that the show won’t be renewed after this season, its third. Others are saying the show will have a five-year run.

In other news, there’s been pretty firm confirmation that there will be a direct to DVD Battlestar Galactica movie that will tie into some aspect of what’s happening on the TV show.

Finally, there’s been crazy speculation over whether Starbuck survives the rest of the season. There are all kinds of rumors that she’ll be killed off.

Whatever happens, we’ll be watching. This show is one of the best on television right now, hands down.
