The Picnics store on Merrimon Avenue got into trouble with the city of Ashvegs a few months back for having a guy jumping around in a chicken suit along the side of the road. The city said the Picnics chicken was a “sign” that was illegal, as well as distracting.

Well, looks like the dude traded his chicken suit for a Santa suit. He was waving and having fun with passersby last week. Let’s see the city try to shut Santa down. Hah!
