"Congressman Shuler." Get used to it. Health Shuler, the Democratic challenger, will oust U.S. Rep. Charles Taylor, the 11th Congressional District’s rep for the past 16 years. It’s over.

WLOSers just showed Pat Simon with the Republican Party and Russ Bowen with the Dems. Simon says the GOP is subdued. Meanwhile, the Dems are partying it up with Russ. ‘Nuff said.

Congratulations to Health Shuler, your next mountain congressman.

Congrats also to Edgy Mama and Scrutiny Hooligans, who called this race correctly.
