   Sorry, I left out the subject, or direct object or something. The green house is my old house, I restored it in 1997. Now that the street is gentrified, I kinda miss the hookers, pimps and addicts…kinda. I live down the street now-

   West Asheville bungalows are now failing appraisal too. Guess 225K for a 900sq ft fixer upper is bit much. 🙂

   Im a real estate broker, Ash. Besides rescuing way too many animals off the streets of Asheville or phone banking for Heath, Real Estate makes up most of my life. Ohh.. and I check your blog! Nice break from work.

   My old house, sold for 182 in that condition in 2001, now they want 460 which has failed appraisal twice.
