Sorry, I left out the subject, or direct object or something. The green house is my old house, I restored it in 1997. Now that the street is gentrified, I kinda miss the hookers, pimps and addicts…kinda. I live down the street now-
Ohh!! Jody you are right, 425K for just the house, and 475K including the double lot.
West Asheville bungalows are now failing appraisal too. Guess 225K for a 900sq ft fixer upper is bit much. 🙂
Im a real estate broker, Ash. Besides rescuing way too many animals off the streets of Asheville or phone banking for Heath, Real Estate makes up most of my life. Ohh.. and I check your blog! Nice break from work.
pano, this house IS a beauty. 425k though? good grief!
how do you know so much about these hosues?
jody, you too – you guys are sharp!
My old house, sold for 182 in that condition in 2001, now they want 460 which has failed appraisal twice.
Thats an awesome listing! Its pending.. listed for 425K. Awesome house, guest house in back to die for, double lot. This is fun! Post more houses! LOL
