The chaos continues around Pack Square and City-County Plaza in downtown Ashvegas as construction crews tear stuff up. The target the past couple of days has been the fountain on Pack Square. The fountain has long been a fixture in downtown. Visitors loved to wade in the water. Many a Bele Chere reveler rafted in its waters. Now the fountain is gone, gone to make way for a new park, with new water features.
