Jason,
We certainly appreciate the exposure on your site, and are very excited about our involvement in the projects taking place at the S & W Building. We are intricately involved in handling the renovation and upfit work for the new owners of the S & W, and are in partnership with Spake Real Estate, who will be handling the retail space tenant acquisition & coordination. (But alas, nooroom will not be the new tenant.)
nooroom offers a unique and exciting approach to both residential & commercial renovation and rehab work, and are bringing that energy to this project.
Please feel free to contact myself or John Spake to discuss who the tenants will be at S & W.

Principle. Principal. Whatever….
Hope he pays more attention to his construction details than to his job title.
