Makeup gets a makeover at the Grove Arcade in downtown Asheville

Makeup, the best make-up shop in town, is moving from its current space in the Grove Arcade to a newer, bigger space in the arcade. The shop will more than double in size. It’s run by Scott Thompson, the brilliant make-up artist who is the man behind the brush at many of the top fashion events you see around town. He’s almost always teaming up with the likes of fashion designer Brooke Priddy and the top hair stylists to create a team that knows how to bring all those elements together for a great look.

The new Makeup should be open Tuesday. Look for a private party to celebrate, and a big grand-opening party, coming soon. Congratulations to Thompson for growing his independent business.
