Zillicoah Beer Company will celebrate its official grand opening on Friday with the release of at least five new beers and extended hours for its Woodfin taproom.

The lineup will include an array of styles and collaborations, including: open-fermented farmhouse pale ale collaboration with Burial Beer; tropical white IPA collaboration with Asheville Brewing; and an open-fermented English mild collaboration with Fonta Flora.

There will also be an open-fermented, dry-hopped lime basil sour beer, a Rauchbier and other exclusive small batch beers that will be one-time offerings, according to a press release.

Zillicoah Beer, at 870 Riverside Dr., has also announced that it will extend its hours beginning Jan. 3. The taproom will be closed on Tuesdays, and open from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. every other day except Sundays, when it will be open from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Zillicoah Beer, Woodfin’s first craft brewery, takes its name from the Cherokee word for the French Broad River. It’s food partner is Taqueria Muñoz, with that restaurant’s food truck
