UNC Ashvegas gets a new chancellor

Turns out that it’s Anne Ponder, an Asheville native who has been at Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire. As we know here in the mountains, there are two clans of Ponders – the teachin’ Ponders and the preachin’ Ponders.
