The ultra-low fare carrier Spirit Airlines, which will begin flying out of Asheville Regional Airport on Sept. 6, is giving away $10,000 to one of four Asheville nonprofits.

Spirit is asking folks to go online and vote for their favorite. The four are: MANNA Foodbank, Eblen Charities, Eliada and Buncombe Partnership for Children.

The winner will also get 20 free roundtrip Spirit Airlines tickets. In addition, the three runner-up organizations will receive 10 free Spirit Airlines tickets each to use any way they wish.

Vote now at www.spiritgivingasheville.com.
