TOKiMONSTA, Ambré Perkins, Panther God @ Asheville Music Hall

We’re rolling out to celebrate the weekend a day early at this AMH show, featuring headliner TOKiMONSTA, the soulful vocalist Ambré  Perkins, and local producer Panther God.

Friday 7/8

RiverLink presents RiverMUSIC in the RAD

Music starts @ 5:30

A free evening of music on the banks of the French Broad with Tim Easton, Aaron Lee Tasjan and headliner Patrick Sweany. 

Costume Drama: A Fashion Show and Benefit for ACT @ Renaissance Hotel

Cocktails + Auction @ 6, fashion show @ 7

$35 or $50 VIP tix

An “eclectic evening of inventive fashion” that is also a fundraiser and fashion show featuring wearable art from local designers. Watch the styles roll by as you enjoy champagne, canapes, and a cash bar and vote for your favorites. The auction includes some of the items from the show. 

Saturday 7/9

Shindig on the Green @ Roger McGuire Green/Pack Place

7-10 pm

Free bluegrass and old-timey music with cloggers, string bands, and more! 

A Night of Music @ Downtown Books and News 

feat. Tatsuya Nakatani, Shane Parish, Sarah Louise, and Meg Mulhearn 

7 – 10 pm

The artists will play experimental and improvisational sets separately and then improvise together! Presented by Open Letter Music Series and DBN. 

Sunday 7/10 

Shine Light on Lyme @ Urban Orchard

2-5 pm

A Lyme Disease awareness event and fundraiser to benefit former Urban employee + writer Melina Coogan ,who is struggling with chronic Lyme. The event aims to raise awareness about this condition and the challenges its sufferers face, both physically and in their fight for medical recognition and care

Ryan Conrad + Family Benefit @ the Mothlight

6-10 pm

To benefit Ryan and his family, an evening of music and comedy that includes a potluck and fundraiser. Featuring musical guests Rond, Minorcan, + more. $10 suggested donation.
