Farmer and Chef South presents a book talk and food tasting with The Charlotte Observer food writer and cookbook author, Kathleen Purvis. Special guest hosts include Chef Mike Moore of Seven Sows Bourbon and Larder and Blind Pig, Chef Peter Pollay of Posana who will be preparing food tastings from the cookbook. A free cocktails demo and tasting from Spirt Savvy will be complimentary with your purchased ticket.
Casey McKissick will be the featured farmer from Foothills Pasture Raised Meats. Signed cookbooks will be available for sale from Malaprops on-site.
