The US Air Guitar Championships is coming to the Orange Peel on May 31, and you can win two tickets right here.
The event is tons of fun. I attended one of the qualifying rounds a few years back when they held it at the Westville Pub. You gotta love guys and gals shredding away on an air guitar.
So here’s the deal: Be the first in the comments on this blog post to tell me the name of the guitar hero who started with The Yardbirds and went on to co-found Led Zepplin and you win two tickets, courtesy of U.S. Air Guitar 2009 and Boone’s Farm.

Jason, If you read the question properly Ash didn’t ask what guitarist started the Yardbirds, but started his career with the Yardbirds. Do your thing Ash.
Ash, Page didn’t start the Yardbirds. The founding guitarist was named Top Topham and he was replaced by Eric Clapton. Clapton left to join John Mayhall and the Bluesbreakers.
After Clapton Jeff Beck joined the band, and then at the end of Beck’s tenure, Jimmy Page joined.
Anthony, you got it. I’ll send you the info.
