The property just up the street from Bon Paul & Sharkey’s Hostel was sold in 2011 for $250K to GHE LLC, and former tenants Blue Lotus Ayurveda moved out this month. Anyone know what the plans are for the lot?

Sorry..I mistyped…that should have been $141 million.
GHE LLC is Frank Griffin..the long time West AVL native who lives next door and won the Powerball for $14 million a couple of years ago. An older neighbor who has lived in West AVL for 20+ years and who know Griffin told me that he is expanding his property and building a garage to keep some of his new “toys” on that site. We shall see I suppose.
