So, you can tell from the pictures, that Dawn and I went to Nightbell recently. It was frickin’ amazing, and I’ll write a full review of it soon for Ashvegas, but in the meantime, check this out:
Chef Katie Button sat down with us between the savories and sweets and told us that soon — this summer — Nightbell will be transforming from it’s current bar/lounge/bites menu and hours, to a full service restaurant, with full-on entrees and such!
She said the stuff that’s currently on the menu will remain, but more things will be added. She told us that she’s having a lot of fun with the food at Nightbell, and she was really excited about the switch to full menu fine dining.
Dawn and I were pretty fucking excited about that too!!!
We had a fantastic time at Nightbell, Katie is a super-nice person, as is all of her staff! We can’t wait to go back for bites, and for full-on dinner soon!
Just to clarify, it won’t be fine dining. But a modern interpretation of traditional American food served small-plate style 😉

Can’t be a food critic and hobnob with celeb chefs, I think it’s a rule.
Disagree. The ability to discriminate the person from the work is a sign of maturity.
Took a friend there last night for the first time, very nice place. I appreciate a classy, sophisticated atmosphere in a relaxing, sexy setting. The Seven Seas cocktail was excellent and the hush puppies were good.
