Rumor control: What’s happening at old Ben’s Tune-up

There’s plenty of construction action inside the old Ben’s Tune-up building on Hilliard Avenue, next to the now-closed Craggie Brewing. Does anyone know what’s going on? I’ve heard restaurant, kitchen for food trucks, etc.
