Ben’s Tune-Up, a great restaurant that opened about three years ago on Asheville’s South Slope, has just announced that it has hired a brewer. Ben’s already makes its own sake.

Meet Ben’s Brewer, Jason Riggs. Transplant from the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Jason has been brewing delicious mountain ales in Asheville for 8 years. Graduate from UNC Asheville, brew school at AB-Tech and experienced employee to several local breweries, he brings great joy and knowledge to the Ben’s crew! Be sure to come by the Tune-up and enjoy one of his delcious brews soon!
