We now have 23 total fermentation tanks, and 6 total Bright tanks. We are on track to produce 50,000 bbls of beer in our first year (which ends 12/12/13). Our original estimate was for 35,000 bbls in our first production year, but demand for our beers on the East Coast has pushed us to increase capacity more quickly—which is an awesome challenge to have!
