More here:

Hey everyone! Pete and Amanda here. We realize that saving the world (whatever that actually means) is lofty goal, but we figure it’s worth a try. And what better way to do it than with music? If you’re not familiar with the music we make, please take a listen.

We thank you all so much for being so kind in your reception of our first album, “Irene.” Amanda has written enough material for two more full band releases- maybe more. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Our dream is to record our next full band studio release at Echo Mountain Studio here in Asheville. We believe that if something is worth doing at all, it’s worth doing kick-ass awesome. If we meet our goal here, we know we will be able to put out a sophomore effort that will showcase our growth as a band while still capturing the sweetly original americana sound you’ve told us you love. We already know you love the songs, most of them have been live audience approved!

Thanks to loyal reader Jen for the heads-up.

Saving the world by begging for money for THEIR Album? Are they going to donte the album funds to a worthy cause to save the world?
