Highland Brewing’s home brewing competition known as the Highland Cup will be held Saturday. That’s where home brewers put up their own beer for judging and a panel of judges picks a winner, then produces a small run of that beer to be marketed and sold. It’s a great contest, and a coveted crown in Beer City USA. Can’t wait to find out who wins.
