A new activity is happening along Chestnut Street where the Harris Teeter is being built. Mothers and fathers with small children are driving, riding their bikes, and walking to observe the men working with heavy machinery in preparing this site.
You might want to suggest to HT or the contruction managers that a small grandstand could be put up so they can get a better view of the activities as a promotion……. perhap junior construction hats be presented to the children.
Hell, I go out at least twice a day to see the activity myself. There are some close-work CAT operators working in small places with great skills.
