I’m not sure what this means, but here’s the news: Stay Active CrossFit and CrossFit Asheville have combined to form CrossFit Asheville Inc.

hey UFC. i train at Blue Ridge Crossfit and can’t get enough of it!!. awesome group of people and Eddie is a great trainer and positive motivator. you should swing by and pound out a WOD with us sometime! everything is scaled for all levels…
http://www.blueridgecrossfit.com site is still a work in progress, but has all the info on there.
i wish i knew more about this… are there levels for beginners???
UFC, I don’t know about that group; I can only speak of the downtown Asheville Crossfit crew.
What have you heard about the location in Arden off Bradley Branch Road?
I think it goes under the name Blueridge Crossfit.
UFC, I have and I love it.
The employees here in Asheville are excellent trainers/coaches who clearly have extensive knowledge about exercise physiology. And at roughly 10 bucks a class, it’s a steal to get the kind of encouragement and advice that they offer.
The high intensity workouts have pushed me, in a good way, to a new level of fitness. I’ve lost weight and I’m gaining strength and flexibility. Crossfit helped me prepare for my first sprint triathlon, which I participated in a couple of weeks ago.
UFC, as you can see, I highly recommend Crossfit. And they ain’t payin’ me to say this.
Ash:
Have you tried Crossfit?
What do you think?
